in pursuit of loco grub and booze

LeoTiger endeavors in the agriculture, food and alcohol production sectors.  During the past 15 years, I travelled, worked and facilitated investments on 4 continents.  I frequently encountered firsthand how our food production and distribution methods cumulatively place enormous demands on fauna and flora, yet fall short of feeding everyone equitably and healthily. 

 

All of us bear some responsibility to confront the effects of our food related production, distribution and consumption practices.  Although we had long ago entered into the Anthropocene period -- wherein human kind altered the environment and severely damaged ecology -- we can nevertheless learn and take part in the celebration, documentation, preservation and positive evolution of sustainable food systems.
