LeoTiger, in addition to managing a portfolio of agricultural lands and residential real estate, has a passion in the food and alcoholic beverage production sectors.  I have travelled, worked and facilitated investments on 4 continents over the past 17 years; I repeatedly witnessed how our industrialized production and distribution methods place enormous demands on planet earth, its fauna and flora, yet fall short of feeding everyone equitably and healthily.

All of us bear some responsibility for the effects of our food production, distribution and consumption practices.  Although we had long ago entered into the Anthropocene period -- wherein we have irreversibly altered our environment -- we can nevertheless learn and take part in the documentation, preservation and promotion of sustainable food systems.
